Manufacturing Corp. (herein referred to as the Company), an incorporated business located in Surrey,
B.C. Canada.

Colour Accuracy

Defective Print: If the finished product doesn't match the
physical layout of the approved electronic proof it qualifies as a
manufacturing defect. Note: This is for physical layout only, not
colouration, as only hard-copy printed proofs have warranty for
colour.
If the finished product doesn't match the physical layout and/or *colour
of the approved hard-copy proof it qualifies as a
manufacturing defect.
*Note: We warrant the colour accuracy of the finished product to
be within 90% of the hard-copy proofs you have approved.
Defective product must be
reported to the Company no later than 14 calendar days after the
product has either [A] been received by the client, or [B] reached
its shipping destination, or the Company will be deemed to be
released from any and all liability.
The Company's liability for defective product is limited solely to
product replacement or repair as the case may be, and shall not
extend to any further liabilities whatsoever. The foregoing
warranties are exclusive and are in lieu of all other warranties
(whether in writing, expressed verbally, or implied) including
warranty of merchantability in other respects than expressly set
forth herein.

Colour Accuracy: We warrant the
colour accuracy of the finished product to be within 90% of the
hard-copy proofs you have approved.
As stated in Proof Option "A",
electronic proofs are provided for confirmation of layout only and
are not to be used for evaluation of colour. Due to this, warranty
claims for colour accuracy do not qualify for orders that were
approved based on electronic proofs. If colour correctness is a
concern you should request hard-copy printed proofs for final
approval and warranty of layout and colour.
