 Create Your Press-Ready PDF

To streamline the creation, proofing and submission of your artwork, use our .PDF Creator to convert your Windows based applications into print-ready .PDF files.

Using our .PDF Creator will allow you to create and approve your own proof, as well as eliminate common file and formatting problems.

  1. Click here to download our .PDF Creator. Choose "open" or "run" when prompted and follow the on-screen instructions.
     
  2. Once installed, you should see "EZpdf Creator" as a new printer option in your print dialogue box.
     
  3. When you're ready to create your .PDF simply choose to print the design (the short-cut keystroke is Ctrl+P) and then select the "EZpdf Creator" from the printer options, and then click "OK".
     
     
  4. Now choose where you want to save your .PDF file, make sure the "Quality" is set to "Prepress" and make sure the "Show PDF" box is checked. Now click "Save".
     
     
  5. Your .PDF proof will automatically display in Acrobat Reader. If you don't have Acrobat Reader you can download it free from http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO
     
  6. Next, examine your .PDF carefully as this is the way your job will print. If you are happy with what you see, send us your .PDF file so we can begin production.
